I did have to take it in for alterations. The band at the waist wasn't attached correctly as it kept folding over. Needed to be tacked to the dress.

It was a bit big but i knew that when i bought it, as am very small and this dress is size 8 and am size 6, but i really wanted this dress so i bought it and i got fix to my size, taking that away the dress i absolutely love it, and i will be using for other occasions. Originally I ordered a large in this top, but when it came it was a little big, [but I have lost some weight recently] so I requested to return it and exhange for a smaller size. This was done and it was monitored all the way, although it took a little while I was kept informed of the progress until I received the exchanged - brilliant customer service!!!

Von der Tasche und der idee bin ich sehr begeistert gewesen. Leider kam die Tasch mit Rost an den Lochnieten an. Nach der Verkäuferkontaktaufnahme wurde ohne weiteres eine zweite versendet. Das war echt top Service. Leider waren die Lochnieten der zwriten Sending noch szärker verrostet. Auch dieses mal kam der Verkäufer mir sehr schnell und positiv entgegen und überwies mir nach Fotobeweisen mein Geld zurück Service ist top. Vielleicht habt ihr ja mehr glück mit der Ware Auf rinen Versuch kommt es alkemale an und ich werde bei diesem shop dennoch weitere Bestellungen vornehmen.
The cloak is really pretty and detailed. It seems to be of good quality and I think I can be used in place of a coat even when it gets a little colder due to it actully have some thickness to it, which is good. The hood was quite big though, but the length was fine. One complaint however is that it arrived a time later than the expected date.
The dress was really good quality and I like it a lot. It was very worth the money.
This jacket is way more awesome than I thought it would be. I usually wear a 2X in most items and this one I got in a 3X due to it coming from China, as China tends to be about one to two sizes smaller. When I zip it closed it's just a little tighter than I expected, but I don't mind leaving it open instead. It fits my wife perfectly though, so I plan on letting her have this one and I'll just order the 4X for myself. The only problem I had with my whole experience was through the shipping company, DHL. They claimed my address was incorrect, I confirmed it was indeed correct, the driver still claimed he couldn't find it even though I gave perfect instructions... I ended up just going to the local facility (about an hour drive to get to it, two hour trip all together) and picking it up in person. So, my end result is the product and seller are AMAZING but the shipping company sucks.
The swimsuit fits great and is very cute! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the fabric doesn’t seem like very good quality, so I don’t know how long the suit will last.
