It fits, but much more snug than the usual men’s medium.
The hoodie fits excellently and has hands-down one of the best hoods I've ever seen on a garment. It hugs the head & face as a good hood should do, doesn't fall off if you move faster than a brisk walk, is easily adjustable so you can have it lower or higher on the face and due to the semi-transparent material you still have a bit of peripheral vision when the hood is up. The thumbhole sleeves make it comfortable & easy to wear extra layers on top, seeing as this is quite a thin material, and the blank texture of the sleeves make them easy to accessorise with bracelets, gauntlets or whatever for a more customised goth/punk look. Very happy with this purchase.
