I love the sweatshirt, but shipping just took too long.
I waited a month, before I even started to complain, and then received a response from the seller about how she had been in the hospital, and was backordered. I don't mean to sound heartless but how is that my problem? She could have sent out a mass email to ALL of her customers waiting on items to tell them this as soon as she knew about it, or simply asked someone to handle her shipping in her absence.. That's no way to run a business. Which is a shame, because I saw several other shirts I would have purchased from her, but not now.
I would have given 5 stars only I had to wait several weeks for the Hoodie to be delivered, I was given the option to cancel as the sender was ill and could not send it out on time. It was worth the wait it looks just like the picture and is lush and thick. I would recommend this Hoodie.
