  I ordered a 3X, since most items coming from China are SUPER small. This item actually runs true to size. I would have been fine with a 2X or even a 1X, as it seems to run large. Unfortunately, I had to pay more money to have it altered, since you can't return the item. Be CAREFUL to order the correct size!
