Quality and overall appeal, picture doesn't do it justice. Much nicer and way more cute than picture portrays.

Good day Kathleen- So sorry you felt your order arrived super late - in actual fact it arrived before the predicted time on your shipping order. I am in South Africa and to have a beautiful piece made especially for you by hand, the wait for all is usually the price you pay to get such an item. Our postal service is not as it is in the USA and I cover the cost to mail with a tracking number so that my customers can track their parcel all the way. I hope at least the wait was worth it as you don't mention if you were pleased with your piece created for you - I truly hope you are and please, as I say on my site - and list the time as min 3 to 4 weeks in the post - allow for time delays as your piece is coming from very far and way across the seas. I am sorry the time wait disappointed you - I am very sad about not being able to mail quicker. It is a huge problem in SA that parcels sit in the post office for the length of time they do - and that is why I put at least a month for shipping - My apologies I let you down. Julia
