Ordered this item by accident. Even though I emailed to cancel the order less than an hour later (2 days before it was shipped) the order couldn't be cancelled. Customer service is a joke. This has convinced me to only buy stuff from Amazon and big box stores.

I see that the money was refunded. I feel bad for the negative review given that. However, I'm still a little frustrated with process. Can you guys just make it so that order can be easily cancelled within the first couple of hours?
Its not worth the price I paid! You can buy it elsewhere much cheaper, Customers service is awful Cancelled and still received this Wal-Mart coat. $35. Is all it worth. Maybe!

It looks even better in person; the chains and details on it are excellent and everything is extremely high quality (both the print on the arms and back, as well as the straps around the wrists, too). I got so many compliments on it the very first day I wore it, and it exceeded my expectations.
