This item shipped from China. It took almost 5 months to receive it, due to a summit being conducted there and then being stuck in US customs for a long time. I was in touch with the owner during this time. She informed me that all of the people who ordered items from them during that time had finally received them. All but me. So she shipped me another one. I had ordered a size large and asked if it was true to size or ran small or large. She said it ran true to size but to double check the measurements. Which I did and the large should've fit. I finally received it and I loved it but it didn't fit. It was more like a small. So I emailed her again. She said she had an XXL in stock she could ship me but I had to pay to ship the large back and pay another $9 in shipping charges for the new one. So all in all, almost five months to get the right one. The measurements are not accurate. And I thought it wasn't right that I had to pay shipping both ways. The issue in China and US customs was certainly not the sellers' fault but it was definitely frustrating to say the least. So if you order clothes from this company be sure to order one or two sizes up. Keep in mind you'll be paying the shipping if the item isn't to your satisfaction and that you may encounter delays due to customs issues. The jacket itself is moderately heavy and seems to be well made and of good quality. Seller shipped within reasonable time frame.

It such a beautiful long jacket. I would have loved this jacket if it were as described and if customer care had been honest when asked the question "How heavy is it". They replied firstly that they did not know! Then secondly that it was a light to medium weight and they gave me an approximate weight in pounds. When it arrived it was double that weight and they had sent me the wrong size so I had to return it of course, at my own cost internationally despite the information being wrong.
